I should have known better

This is what happens when you forget to clean your machine
*
*
No wonder my machine wasn't liking me too much the first time I'd taken it out in months.
*
*
My head is hanging and my face is beet red :(
Can you believe the herd of dust bunnies corralled in there?!
*
*
After a small paintbrush, cotton swabs and tweezers.
I solemnly promise to clean my machine on a regular basis.
Happy Machine = Happy Stitching

  1. I use my vacuum cleaner! Sucks that stuff right out instead of blowing it inside the machine with a can of air. Repair guy suggested it . . . I can't take credit LOL

  2. It was hard to tell how many dust bunnies were in there until you did the after picture. We all forget to defluff as often as we should. You are in good company.

  4. A clean machine is a happy machine! Also, an oiled machine is a happy machine. I can here mine grinding its gears and I had misplaced my machine oil. I just found it yesterday where I tucked it away so it would not touch any fabric. Now I need to take give my machine a little TLC, too ... :) Pat
