Remember When I Was...

*
?
Some of you gave some great guesses as to why I was dancing
but
Kate hit the nail on the head!
*
It's all because of this:

Mill House Inn is fin!
*
*
Yes, indeed.
*
*
Over 5 years of taunting me, finished!
*
*
It was one of those quilts that I just kept stalling through the entire process.
I couldn't take it anymore and last week had had enough.
I loaded up my bobbin with Aurifil for the very first time and quilted.
I love Aurifil thread, my machine loves Aurifil thread.
This is one happy camper
(even though I secretly hate camping but with 4 kids...you know how it is)
*
*
A toss in the wash and this bad girl is going on our bed!
*

HAPPY STITCHING  :)

  1. Great work and it looks beautiful. The last quilt I quilted I used Aurifil thread for the first time and my machine did a happy dance and so did I. No knots, no broken threads just lovely quilting.
